Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MonkNeo website and application for building and running AI co-workers (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, the passkeys and credentials used to access it, and all activity that occurs under it. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. The Service
MonkNeo lets you create "co-workers" — autonomous agents that run tasks on demand, on a schedule, or via webhooks, using AI model providers and third-party integrations you configure. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload or generate unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
- Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent security or sandboxing, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
- Use the Service to build a competing product by copying it.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you provide or create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant MonkNeo a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending it to the AI model providers and integrations you enable. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it with the Service.
5. AI outputs
The Service uses AI models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unintended outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for important decisions. AI outputs are provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party model providers and tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for any fees and for the keys and authorisations you connect. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Fees
Some features may require payment. Where fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MonkNeo and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonkNeo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MonkNeo harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of Your Content or your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at MonkNeo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.
